Cozy Cottage Islamabad

The rooms are average, but the location is great. Friendly staff are available around the clock.

We were promised the two rooms we'd requested before our June 21 stay, but the night before, I called and learned we'd been assigned a different branch because they'd rented the house to a hockey team. If I hadn't checked, we'd have arrived to that surprise. This came after the same sort of problem with our June 7 booking. We'd confirmed the rooms and venue on May 31 and again before arriving, only to be moved an hour before we got there to a dingy F7 branch. There, plug points didn't work, a toilet base was broken, and the bathroom light was out. The next day they shifted us to F6, where mildew on the bathroom walls caused a terrible smell, and again we didn't get the rooms they'd confirmed. Before leaving, we asked for two decent rooms and got confirmation, including the room numbers. Very unprofessional. I'd be wary of any of their locations.

As a player with Star Woman's Sports academy, I found Cozy Inn Guest House really great. It's in a lovely area, was well maintained, and had amazing security. I think it's a perfect choice if you're visiting with family.

My flight was delayed by several hours, but they were flexible and accommodating about it. The room was spotless and the whole stay at Cozy Cottage was better than I expected. I'd happily stay again, Insha'Allah.
