The views were breathtaking, and the calm, spacious surroundings with plenty of natural light made the stay especially peaceful. Staff were warm and professional from the start, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully kept. Alhamdulillah, my stay at PC Hotel Muzaffarabad was memorable and relaxing. The food at the Marcopolo restaurant was flavorful and enjoyable, though service speed could improve. It's a quality, comfortable option for anyone visiting the hill area, and I'd confidently recommend it for a peaceful stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel felt spacious, bright, and peaceful. Everyone was so welcoming and made us feel at home. We ate at Marcopolo restaurant, where the food was delicious, though it took a while to arrive. Had a wonderful stay, ALHAMDULILAH, and would recommend it.

Mr. Amir, the Housekeeping incharge, was professional and humble. The housekeeping really stood out: the hotel looked spotless, and each room was cleaned with such care. My stay was comfortable and memorable thanks to that service.

The dinner buffet and Hi-Tea were commendable, and breakfast was included with flexible timing up to 11am. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities. We stayed four nights and had a five-star experience overall, though some facilities fell short of international standards. The gym and game room weren't open 24 hours, and there was no sauna, steam room, swimming pool, or spa. Still, it's easily one of the best places to stay in Muzaffarabad.

The views were outstanding, and the food was good too. Our rooms were comfortable and well kept, and the service was top-notch. Mr. Farhan and the rest of the staff were especially cooperative and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I was thoroughly impressed with PC Hotel Muzaffarabad, and would recommend it for a stay in the Hill Area.
