Hotel Elites

I should have looked around more before making the quick decision to stay at elites. There are newer places in Nathiagali charging about the same, with better service, luxury rooms, and lovely views from inside. This hotel feels very old and needs a serious revamp, especially the bathrooms and drains. Ours flooded after a shower, and the faucets were getting rusty. Staff didn’t seem very professional, and the buffet breakfast was plain and not tasty. It wasn’t worth the price. I’m sharing this so the owners can improve things and travellers can make an informed choice. A good stay can really lift a trip, and a bad one can do the opposite.

We had a great meal at Café Foodster, especially the seafood soup, hot corn soup, loaded fries, chef’s special heritage beef steak, and caramel cake. Everything tasted good and felt worth the price. Hotel Elites was comfortable and peaceful, with spacious rooms looking out over the mountains. The washrooms were clean and modern, with hot and cold water and hair dryers. Families have a kids’ playland, zip line, and high altitude swings overlooking snow covered mountains. I’d recommend it to families and anyone visiting Nathia Gali.

Mr. Shah Mir looked after us kindly, and the hospitality was remarkable. This is the only hotel here in galiyat where you can stay and dine, and both were up to the mark. Great value for the price, especially the dining. Overall, an excellent experience.
