The rooms are a good size for the price, and there's plenty of space to walk around with scenic views. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. It can be quiet when there aren't many people around, but the tour buses bring large crowds and make the place noisy and crowded.

The heating was broken, making a loud noise without warming the cottage, so no one could sleep. The bedding was dirty and stained to begin with. It was changed later, but the new bedding made the children itchy and uncomfortable. They were disturbed through the night, and the whole stay was uncomfortable and poorly managed. The social media ads don't match the property's actual condition. Breakfast was average.

The location is beautiful, and there are good activities for kids. Food and room cleanliness were only average.

The jungle hut itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with 24-hour hot water. I booked it for one night at Chinar Family Resort with my three children, but several things made the stay less comfortable. The tap water looked noticeably dirty, and we had just one medium-sized towel for all five of us. There were no drinking glasses, cups, or complimentary bottled water in the hut. Electricity was billed separately from the room, which was an unexpected extra. Dining was a letdown. The restaurant had very few meal choices, average-tasting food, and closed at 9 PM. We skipped breakfast to avoid being disappointed, and anyone wanting to eat later would need to arrange food from outside. Customer service was almost nonexistent, and it didn't feel like value for money. The golf facilities seemed appealing, so it might work for a day visit. For a comfortable, hassle-free family stay, I'd look elsewhere or confirm the amenities and extra charges before booking.
