Hotel Summer Palace

The little details, from the comfy room to the attentive service, made me feel looked after. The staff greeted me with real warmth, and the whole place had such a cozy, relaxing feel. I felt at home as soon as I walked in. It was a stay full of hospitality that I’ll remember. ❤️❤️

For a one-night stay at Summer Palace, I’d give the internet 7/10 since it worked for what I needed but dropped out now and then. The room was clean, nicely set up, and had steady hot water. My room’s view was just average, so getting one with a better view might improve the stay. Parking was excellent, 10/10, and the staff were courteous and efficient, also 10/10. The hotel was clean and well-kept, and I had a great time overall. My rating for the stay is 8/10.

The complimentary breakfast was tasty and nicely prepared, and the location made getting around convenient. My room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the service was great. Everything was well-maintained. I’d recommend the place and would stay again.

There’s parking, and the hotel is right in front of the bus stand in the city center, about a 10-minute walk from Mall Road. The staff were very cooperative, and I had a good stay overall. The room temperature is maintained, though I think an air conditioner and a small fridge should be provided. Anyone hoping for a mountain view from the balcony may be disappointed.
