The room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast buffet, the best I've ever had. With restaurants and shops nearby, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. AMAZING stay, 10/10, I'd come back!

We came to the lodges with family and friends, and the staff were very helpful. The owner in particular was always on their toes. There's dedicated parking, and it's a quiet place within reach of Murree and Bhurban.

We stayed with family and kids from 8 July to 15 July 2025. The location was good, but the cottage was in very poor condition compared with the pictures sent when booking. The kitchen was in bad shape, the washrooms were dirty, and the bed foam was expired and unusable. The kitchen and bathroom taps were faulty. We asked the owner to fix them, but after the booking they stopped responding. The electricity voltage was so low the oven and geaser wouldn't work, and only one of the four LEDs worked. Cleaning wasn't done properly, and the kitchen didn't have proper crockery. The owner still didn't respond after booking. The service was pathetic. Unless management changes or improves its service, I'd recommend everyone STAYS AWAY.
