Traveling with family can be stressful, but the staff made everything easy, even arranging an early check-in. The room was spotless and spacious, and the concierge and reception team were especially warm and accommodating. I had an incredible stay at City Seasons Hotel and will definitely be back.

We got an early check-in without any trouble, and the room was neat, spacious, and well maintained. The reception and concierge staff were very welcoming, and the hospitality at City Seasons Hotel exceeded my expectations. A comfortable place for a family stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a good view, but the washrooms need repairs, and there was no hot water in summer. I'd check with reception before booking to confirm what's available and inspect the washroom in the room. In summer, fans would help. The hotel is beside the main road, so opening a window brings in enough traffic noise to make sleeping difficult.

The hotel was easy to get to local attractions from, and the service and attention to detail were better than I expected. Rooms were clean and stylish, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly. Exceptional stay, I'd highly recommend it!
