We went for dinner with the family in August 2024, and it was a really bad experience. We were seated in an open, rooftop-like area, where the cold breeze left us all freezing. The food was cold when it finally arrived, and much too spicy, even though I’d asked them not to make it spicy because the kids had to eat too. We waited two hours after ordering. There was only one waiter, and he was hard to find. Since we couldn’t finish the cold food, we asked to have it packed. When I paid, the waiter said he had no change and promised to bring the leftover food and the remaining money to our nearby hotel room. Neither ever showed up. Highly NOT Recommended!

The road up to the hotel is unbelievably steep, and the location isn’t good. Inside, the rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty, and the bedsheets were in terrible shape and weren’t changed. The receptionist, Ali Aryan, misleads customers. A very bad experience, not recommended.

The food tasted amazing, though arranging meals can get difficult for them when a group visits. The rooms were comfortable and service was good. The steep climb to get there is uncomfortable and unsuitable for elderly people.

I had a really lovely, relaxing stay at the Cosy Knock Hotel. The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was impeccable. I also appreciated their commitment to sustainability. I’d highly recommend this charming hotel for a memorable getaway.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and a wow view of the sunset, and the food is quite good. The management was hospitable and the staff cooperative. It’s about 500 meters from both GPO Mall road and Kashmir Point, but getting to the hotel means tackling an extremely steep incline. Parking is on flat ground. My only reason for giving it four stars is that the price is a bit high.
