We came here twice, once last summer and again in December 2025. The heater was already on when we arrived, and hot water was available. The location is good, service was good, and we had a good stay with the family.

For 10k a night, I expected much better. There was no room service, no tissues or washroom kits, no extension, and the hot water wasn't proper. Parking was the worst part, and management were arrogant when it came to providing service. It was a terrible experience. Avoid staying here, even if you're really in need. Thanks.

The rooms are just average, and the furniture needs upgrading. The location and service were both 💯.

The location was top class, but the room had a lot of moulding and there was no Wi-Fi or TV, even though both had been promised when we booked. At night, noise from two families made the whole hotel loud. One group had lots of kids roaming the halls until 2am. A couple sat outside our window on the terrace talking for hours, all the way until 7am. I think it was fine, overall.

Staff were rude and uncooperative, and the service was very poor. Don't waste your money.
