For a big hotel, when will they realize they need to serve quality food?

The property itself is fine, but the food quality keeps getting worse. The mushroom soup didn’t taste like mushroom soup, and the Greek salad was just an ordinary salad. The food is expensive, and for that price the quality isn’t good.
