Hotel One Faisalabad

Cinepax is part of the building, and it’s one of the better movie options in Faisalabad. The screens aren’t especially big and the seating area is narrow, but it tends not to get too crowded, so watching a movie is more comfortable. They regularly show Hollywood films that many other cinemas skip. I’ve been to a couple of events at Hotel One. The staff were supportive, courteous, and well trained, and the place was clean and organized with good amenities. It’s a quiet spot in D Ground, away from busy commercial areas, and works well for relaxing or attending events. Overnight stays are a little expensive, though the overall quality and services make the price understandable.

The bathroom in the second room they offered had urine all over the toilet and floor. Before booking, I’d seen a room I liked, but when I arrived the sheets were a mess, as if someone had already slept there. The kids next door were smoking in the hallway, and that was enough for me to leave and stay elsewhere. They offered a better suite, but by then I was too frustrated. As I walked out, the manager said he would blacklist me from coming back. I wouldn’t set foot in that horrible hotel again. The place was filthy and one of the worst hotels I’ve seen. Zero stars for my experience.

Some of the older staff were helpful and tried to make up for things the next day, which we appreciated. Still, the service during our stay at Hotel One Faisalabad was disappointing. A wedding event seemed to leave the restaurant short-staffed and disorganized, and reception staff were unprofessional and poor at communicating. The food was bad, especially dinner. We ordered fish during a promotion, but it was undercooked. They later didn’t charge us for it, which I appreciated, but it didn’t undo the disappointing experience. The hotel needs to improve its food, staff behavior, and management.

We stayed two nights and attended a two-day training at Hotel One Faisalabad. The banquet team handled the event professionally. I’d like to recognize Mr. Zahid, the banquet coordinator, Captain Abdul Rehman, and Shef Kashif Shoial for the successful event and delicious food. Room service was welcoming and professional, and the front desk staff were cooperative. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for stays and events. Thank you.
