Faisalabad Serena Hotel

The backyard is a lovely place for a walk, and Rakaposhi is well kept and works well for short meetings. The pool and its staff were friendly too. Serena was peaceful during my stay, with a friendly reception team and well-trained, cooperative staff. The airport is far away, so the pick-up and drop-off service was wonderful. The rooms could use more attention, and breakfast needs more variety, like at Serena Islamabad. I also wasn't happy with the massage services. It’s a great family place in LayLPur.

The building's architecture really impressed me, and I enjoyed seeing how it was designed. The experience was good, but the high fees and service didn't meet my expectations for an exclusive hotel. They should improve things, especially by making sure all guests follow a proper dress code during meals.

The room furniture and carpet were the weak points, with the carpet not clean at all and the furnishings below what I'd expect from this hotel. Otherwise, everything was great. Serena Hotel Faisalabad was spotless overall, in an excellent location, and I had a very pleasant stay.

I checked out early because I no longer felt at ease staying here, and my complaint still hasn't received a response. The problem started at dinner with my driver, when a staff member named Mudasar asked who he was and what room I was in, then told me to pay as soon as we finished eating. That felt strange and uncomfortable. I felt he was treating my driver differently because of his job, which I found discriminatory and unacceptable. I've traveled to many countries and never experienced anything like it. I raised the matter with the food manager (Mudasar) and told him his conduct was unprofessional and inappropriate. Everyone deserves equal respect, regardless of their work or appearance. A very disappointing experience.
