Traffic noise was unbearable, and there’s loud music every weekend. The place isn’t kid-friendly either: children aren’t allowed to play on the ground or outside their doors. Parking is very limited, and only one slow lift is working. Management feels monopolistic, the people were rude and kept asking for money, and the manager was always unavailable. They also charge a hefty maintenance fee. Pathetic place and people.
It’s an average apartment building, but it has a families-only policy, so the environment is good overall. It’s right opposite F-11 markaz, with easy access to almost everything. That also means it gets a bit crowded.
There’s no visitor parking, so you’ll have to use the roadside.
The family-friendly atmosphere is a big plus, and the building is well maintained. Construction quality is good too. One of the best apartment buildings in F-11.
From my own experience, these are the best apartments available so far. The construction is very good, and it has a family-friendly feel. Definitely worth experiencing.
