Sunset Destination

I couldn’t get comfortable enough to sleep, even after paying 5k. The staff were courteous, but I won’t come back in summer. The AC kept dripping water onto the sofa and the corner of my bag, and despite repeated requests for another room, nothing was fixed. They said it was a brand new unit, though it clearly wasn’t. I eventually checked the filter in the night and had to clean it myself. The room was still warm after a couple of hours, and even the beds felt hot. The AC simply couldn’t cool the room. This is a large house with big rooms, but the installed units are too small and weren’t serviced, as of 10th June 2021.

The bathrooms were clean, the room was good, and cleanliness overall was good. The location worked well, service was quick, and the staff were supportive. Mr. Rehmat Shah was especially cooperative. I’d recommend staying here for a short or long visit.

We finally had to leave, despite the extra high cost, because customer service was zero. Waseem didn’t respond to my calls or messages, so I contacted Umer instead. On the first day, Umer said they couldn’t move us then but would arrange another room. The next day my family was moved to a room with one double bed and nasty, torn blankets for four people. When I asked why they hadn’t received the room we’d booked a month earlier, I was told it was occupied by an Afghan family who had booked it for a month. I asked why they had booked us a room with one double and one single bed if the room was already booked, and the ill-mannered staff said they didn’t know and asked why we had booked. The original booking was with Waseem, who confirmed it but apparently never made it. My family arrived to find a basement room as small and dark as a grave. I tried contacting Waseem repeatedly without an answer. I managed to get Umer’s phone number, but the room situation still wasn’t resolved. I wish I could give a negative rating. They’re scammers. The bathrooms were disgusting and looked 30 years old. We paid 8k per night for 3 nights, though the room wasn’t worth more than 3500. The service was good and the rooms were fine, but the bathrooms were the worst part.
