The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I’d highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing, enjoyable visit.

The bathroom was especially poor, and the rooms were in bad shape overall. I had booked a room for five hours, but after two hours Mr. Naveed, who said he owned the hotel, called and told me to leave because other guests were coming. I left right away. He neither returned my money nor apologized.

The location is good, though the room furnishings need work.

I gave them my suit and trousers to launder, and they came back with bleach marks. Those clothes were worth 30k, so I had to throw them away. The laundry worker kept making excuses and lying instead of admitting what he'd done, and showed no shame. This is one of the worst hotels in Lahore. I plan to report it to the relevant authorities and seek to have it shut down.

A good place to stay if you want a quiet room and a pleasant environment.
