The suite was comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, and it felt like good value. Breakfast wasn't lavish, but there were a few fresh, decent buffet options, enough to start the day pleasantly. The stay turned out quite well once I was settled, and I'd still recommend the hotel, especially if you're considering the suite. My recent visit could have been better if the front desk had taken more initiative at check-in. I was first put in a regular twin room, although several suites seemed vacant. After I made multiple polite requests, they offered me a suite, but only if I paid extra. I was glad to move, though the room wasn't properly prepared for two guests, and that kind of detail makes a difference to comfort and satisfaction. More attentive, proactive service, especially at check-in, could make this property a great experience. I hope management takes the feedback constructively. I'd be happy to stay again if these service gaps are addressed.

The room itself was clean, roomy, and had a comfortable bed, so I had a decent stay at Hotel One. It was our first hotel stay in Lahore. Still, our pre-booked room wasn't ready when we arrived, and we waited in another room for an hour. Room service was also slow to respond a couple of times.

For around 15k a night, there are much better options than Hotel One. A Pearl Continental stamp alone won't satisfy guests. They need to put serious attention into the service, hospitality, and buffet breakfast. The breakfast selection is limited, and the taste is only average. A memorable breakfast is one reason guests might come back.

Breakfast was included, and the price was surprisingly good. The rooms were comfortable and the service impressive, so I had a genuinely wonderful stay at Hotel One. The drinks weren't complimentary, though, and we were charged for them at checkout.

The restaurant had a relaxed, welcoming feel, and I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. There was plenty of variety, and the food was freshly prepared. Hotel One Garden Town Lahore is also handy for getting around, with shopping malls, eateries, and other points of interest nearby, as well as Lahore's lively atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, with modern amenities, a fast internet connection, and a well-stocked mini-fridge. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. Staff were attentive throughout the stay and quick to help, and check-in was smooth. I found the hospitality excellent from the moment I arrived. It exceeded my expectations. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I'd happily return to Hotel One Garden Town Lahore on my next visit to Lahore. I'd recommend it to people coming for either business or leisure.
