I booked for my family to stay on 12th January 2026. The place seemed quite modern and updated on booking .com, and I thought the inverter AC would provide heat. My family had travelled from bahawalpur to lahore for work the next day, and we were very tired. But the room's inverter wasn't working, and I was worried about my 7 month old child in the cold. I had to beg someone to check the inverter or bring a room heater. It took around seven calls and trips between the third and ground floors, and I had to get rude with the team before anyone came. Then someone acknowledged that it wasn't working. After my child had been cold for three hours and I kept protesting, they finally moved us to a room with a working inverter. You pay that much expecting the hotel to provide these comforts and decent service. I was exhausted and still had to get frustrated for a long time to get what should have been provided in the first place. I won't choose them again. In that area, anyone can get a good, clean room for 6k with these problems. They also didn't acknowledge my booking.com appointment, so I can't leave a review there. That's what many hotels in lahore do, which proves to me that reviews on that site are never true.

The calm, premium feel and convenient location made my stay at Grand Millennium Lahore very pleasant. The room was spacious, well equipped, clean, and well maintained. Staff were professional and courteous, and the service quality stood out. Special thanks to Miss Amara Naveed and Mr. Sameer Ahmed for their hospitality, professionalism, and support throughout my stay. I'd recommend it for both business and leisure.

I was in Karachi while my sister was at the hotel for work, so I contacted the hotel to arrange a surprise cake for her since I couldn't go there myself. The staff and management were incredibly helpful. They coordinated it smoothly and delivered the cake to her room, making the surprise special. My heartfelt thanks to the whole team, especially Manager Mr. Sameer Ahmed, for the excellent support and hospitality.

The rooms were immaculate, breakfast was exquisite, and the staff were lovely and kind. Shahid the bell boy made sure we had everything we needed. AC ran 24/7 in all the rooms, and the power wasn't affected, so we had internet and cool rooms the whole time. It was a very pleasant stay, and I hope to return inshallah.

In the first room, the towels were stained and there was hair all over the bathroom. The second room had a sewer smell in the bathroom, plus hair and insects everywhere. I requested a full refund, but they kept 10,000 PKR and promised to refund 78,000. A week later, the refund came through as 76,000 PKR. Dishonest and disgusting 🤷
