Best Western Premier Hotel Gulberg Lahore

The room cleaning was really good, and mrs neesem did it so well. She was friendly and always smiling. The staff were mostly just as nice, and I really appreciated them. I’ll miss you guys, and thanks for everything ❤️ We did have an issue with the elevator when we first arrived, but they sorted it out and gave us great service and hospitality. I feel grateful and would choose this hotel again if I come back.

Breakfast was really nice, and the reception team were helpful and cooperative. I had a comfortable stay at Best Western Premier, and the staff treated me with courtesy and support. Rehman, who cleaned my room, was responsible and respectful, and made sure it was thoroughly done. His professionalism made the visit more pleasant. Wishing the whole team continued success, and I hope to stay here again.

The window had a lovely view, and breakfast offered plenty of variety, with some dishes changing daily. Pakistani food was delicious but extremely oily, and there weren't any healthy choices. The croissants and other baked continental items were quite bad. The location is just minutes from Gulberg's main area. My room was very clean, though the shower had only a fixed head and its sloped floor let water pool. The washroom also got very humid because the exhaust was missing or insufficient. Wifi was slow and kept disconnecting. The person at reception was unfriendly, although the rest of the staff were nice.

I've stayed here several times and have had a pleasant experience each time, with friendly service. It's near the start of Gulberg, with security at the entrance, and the hotel feels secure. Rooms are modern, neat, and very clean. There are plenty of coffee and food options nearby and at the hotel.
