Staff were cooperative, and hygiene was well maintained. Parking wasn't a problem, with plenty available. It's a budget hotel in Saddar, Karachi, with standards that are satisfactory for the rates, and it's affordable for someone on an average income. The area is famous and busy, with lots of hotels competing along the road. Traffic jams can happen in the evening.

The manager was very rude, and the rooms were dirty with poor service from the administration. He also charged us higher rates than the market and what he was giving others, based on our professions. And also...

Dirty linen and toiletries, an arrogant manager, and a very unprofessional attitude made this a very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The receptionist's behaviour wasn't good, and even the bedsheet wasn't clean. Poor service.

I stayed four days, and the rooms were extremely bad, with dirty blankets and poor service. The intercom never worked, right up to my last day.
