The room gave off a creepy feeling as soon as I entered, and I wasn’t satisfied. The bedsheet was dirty, the washroom wasn’t clean, and the AC kept making a tik tik noise. Even my tea took 30 minutes to arrive. Pathetic service, a garbage hotel.

The staff at De Mall Hotel were polite, attentive, and professional, and the place had a welcoming atmosphere. Service was quick and convenient, and the overall experience was comfortable and satisfying. There’s still a little room to improve, but I’d recommend it. Four out of five overall.

The staff were unprofessional, and the noise from wall beating went on all day. They kept saying it would stop in half an hour, but it never did. The room was dirty too. This was the worst experience of my life, and I wouldn’t recommend this third class hotel.

The road noise carries into the rooms, and breakfast only comes in one variety. In winter, there’s hot water in the washrooms, and the laundry service is good 👍.

The suites have nice washrooms, but the rest was disappointing. The rooms aren’t very fancy, the AC is fine, and the Wi-Fi is adequate. I paid about 8k for the most expensive room, while the cheapest is 7k. Breakfast took 45 minutes, arrived underprepared on dusty plates, and lunch took another 45 minutes and came as the wrong dish. Staff then said I was wrong and that a different type of food was basically the same thing. I wouldn’t recommend it.
