The hotel is neat and clean, but getting to the top floor is tough without a lift. Maybe they're trying to keep you strong 💪

The bed and pillows were a little messy, but otherwise everything was okay.

The staff at Al Hateem Umrah and Haji Service are knowledgeable and supportive, and they keep the arrangements smooth and stress-free. It seems like a reliable, well-organized service for people going for Umrah or Hajj, with good care throughout the spiritual journey. 🕋🌟

The photos online were old, so don't trust them when looking for a neat, clean hotel. My experience was bad: the rooms were dirty, there was no exhaust fan in the washroom, and the bedsheets and blankets weren't clean. 👎
