The calm, welcoming atmosphere made for a relaxing getaway at the ortus murree studio apartment. The room was beautifully furnished and spotless.

It's a secluded, peaceful place with a great view, and the staff are extremely courteous and helpful. One of the best places to stay when visiting murree.

Even though the maintenance was scheduled, there was no electricity backup during the cold weather. We had no hot water or heating and were left in complete darkness, with no generator available. I paid over 40k for this terrible experience, which was completely unacceptable. Very disappointing. I'll never return. 0/10.

The main issue for us was the noise next door. Guests played music and danced through the night, and it went on until about 9 a.m. We barely slept and were left exhausted. The property says to keep quiet after 10 p.m., but that rule wasn't observed and staff didn't seem to step in. The rooms themselves were spacious, modern, clean, and well cared for. Mall Road GPO was around a 10-minute walk away.

Noman, the helper, was kind and really helpful. The rooms matched the photos, and the service was very good. I had no problems.
