Express Hotel Lahore

As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were polite and professional, and were always ready to help with a genuine smile. My room was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and well maintained, so I felt at ease and well looked after. I'd recommend this hotel to women traveling solo.

Front-facing rooms get loud traffic noise all day and night. Breakfast was a joke, and coffee cost extra. The towel I was given was dirty, and I had to ask reception more than once to replace it. I don't see how this is called a 3-star hotel; it felt more like 1.5 stars.

The free Wi-Fi kept dropping out every few minutes. The bathroom was also a letdown, with chipped tiles, weak shower pressure, and a lingering mildew smell that made it uncomfortable to use. Our cramped room had thin walls, so hallway conversations carried right through, and the bedding felt thin and slightly damp, like it hadn't been aired properly. The lobby looked worn, with tired furniture and a faint musty smell that never went away. It was advertised as a 3-star property, but felt more like 2 stars at best. I wasn't satisfied and would think twice before booking again.

The rooms were comfortable and had cool air-conditioning, and the furniture and fixtures were up to the mark. The building is huge, with spacious parking, a lift, and a nice meeting hall. The location is very good, and the staff behaved nicely. I appreciate the management at hotel premier inn express.
