Hotel One Tower Gulberg

I stayed for more than 15 days and had a really good, comfortable experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and well trained. In winter, I'd recommend a room on the main road side. Sunlight comes straight into it, keeping the room warm and making the stay more comfortable.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the rooms were good. Breakfast was good too, though I'd like more options. The windows were extremely dirty, to the point that there was no view at all, as shown in the window picture. The washroom fittings don't seem up to the hotel's standards and could be better quality. I see a lot of room to improve the value for money.

At checkout, staff inspected the whole room in front of us to see whether we'd used the complimentary items. That felt intrusive and unprofessional. The charges also seemed unusually high for the service we received. My recent stay was disappointing for several reasons. Food service was poor and far below expectations, and basic things like washroom slippers were missing. I hope management improves its hospitality and basic guest comfort.

His attention to detail and polite manner really stood out and made the stay more pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Hotel One Tower Gulberg to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service in Lahore.
