There's no lift, so you'll need to carry your bags up the stairs, but parking space is adequate. I found Hotel One on The Mall Road Lahore convenient and budget-friendly, with an excellent location for reaching the city's main areas. The hotel was neat and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. They have an in-room mini bar, and you get two pieces of complimentary ironing, which is handy for business travellers. In-room dining runs until 11 pm, but the menu is limited. The complimentary breakfast was decent and satisfactory, and overall the hotel offers good value for money.

The location made it easy to explore the city, and the cooperative, friendly staff were always ready to help. I had a fantastic one-day stay at Hotel One Lahore. The room was immaculate, the bed was comfy, and the amenities were modern. Breakfast was complimentary, delicious, and a great start to the day. Good value for money. I'll definitely be back.

Breakfast was always served fresh, and the restaurant staff were cooperative, especially in the morning. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and used neat, clean sheets. Everyone was very nice: room service staff were extremely pleasant, and the front desk team were courteous. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly.

The food was a bit expensive, but aside from that, it was great for foreigners. I found the location perfect for getting all my legal documents completed. The rooms and service were great, and reception was very helpful.

The food and drink options were high quality, with a good breakfast variety and specialized dining. Rooms were immaculate, beds comfortable, and facilities well maintained. The location was close to city centers, business hubs, or tourist attractions. Staff were proactive, friendly, and memorable, especially the concierges. Highly recommended.
