Hotel luxury palace

A good person, a comfortable room with air conditioning, and kitchen service is available too.

We were there for three weeks, and everything was perfect. The food was always fresh, and both breakfast and dinner were outstanding. The room was extremely clean when we arrived and stayed well managed during our visit. The reception was great, and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. I'd suggest this nice hotel to everybody, especially young people who are extroverted and plan to go out at night, and families too. Thanks for everything. I hope I can come back one day. Greetings from Finland.

It was an OK place to stay, but it needs better cleaning and customer service, especially from the manager. We booked room#9 for a day, and it wasn't clean. The toilet was full of urine and smelled strongly of it. After I told the manager, he moved us to room #10, but then complained and talked badly about me and my mother, as if accommodating us in a bigger room after their cleaning mistake had cost him money. Today I came in to ask whether any rooms were available, and he refused to let me book one. As a businessman myself, I was disgusted by his behavior, especially the way he treated my mother, a woman old enough to be his own mother. Some people have no shame.

Staff are very cooperative, and the food is good, much like homemade. Hotel luxury palace looks like a residential house on the main road, and it's an ideal, economical place to spend the night with family and guests.
