Mall View Hotel

I’ve been here for two weeks and haven’t run into any major problems. The staff are helpful, the service is good, and the food is okay. It’s a decent choice if you’re watching your budget, especially since there are plenty of Lahore hotels at the same price that are worse. You get what you pay for.

Service was really quick when I visited, and the rooms were clean and looked great.

It’s an average hotel, with a few things that bothered me. The AC has no remote in the room, and it won’t run on the generator. When the power goes out, the generator takes about five minutes to take over. The walls and doors are thin enough that you hear what’s going on outside, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working when I checked in.

I was only 30% satisfied, with a lot that needs fixing. There were insects around and no insect spray, the service wasn’t ready and room service was slow. The mini bar was dirty, and the linen wasn’t adequate, including a dirty blanket. The accommodation and cleanliness were poor, the air conditioner system was dirty, and the bathrooms were unhygienic.
