We booked ahead and told them clearly that I’d be arriving with my kids and family at 2 am on Thursday. Even so, when we got there, they refused to give us a room and said we hadn’t told them we would arrive at 2 am. My children and I had to go looking for another hotel that late. They did the same thing to other people arriving at the same time. A really bad experience.

After just one night, I woke up with bed bug bites because the beds were dirty. The staff were uncooperative about switching on the geezer, even after I asked several times. They kept insisting it was on and blaming air in the pipes, but there was still no warm water after two hours.

We stayed one night, and it was the usual experience for us here. The place is okay, but not very clean, and I didn’t find it comfortable. They haven’t maintained the building properly.

For a low budget, Mairona hotels is one of the best in Lahore, offering luxurious service like the bigger names in the city. The furnished rooms were excellent and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. I’ll definitely recommend it to others.

Please keep the room better organized and clean the bedsheets properly. Ours had a lot of stains and a hole in them. There should also be towels in the bathroom.
