Hotel One Gulberg Lahore

Nayab Zameer at reception was especially professional, polite, and supportive. The staff were helpful and cooperative throughout my stay at Hotel One Lahore Gulberg. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and fabulous. Great service and a great experience, highly recommended.

The smell in the room was so strong and unpleasant that it was hard to breathe comfortably. I reported it several times, but management did nothing to fix the problem. I've stayed here regularly, which makes this lack of care and responsibility from the staff especially disappointing. This was my last stay, and I'll be telling my colleagues and friends to avoid the hotel. The service and hygiene are far below acceptable standards.

This Tower branch in the heart of Gulberg feels more like an apartment complex than a standard, cramped hotel room, even though it operates under the "Hotel One" brand. The wider hallways, larger floor plans, and suites with separate sitting areas make it a good fit for families or people on long business stays.

I loved the location, with everything just a short walk away, and the staff were good. The stay was very good overall, though both the rooms and the hallway carpets could have been cleaner.
