Palm Tree Hotel & Luxury Suites

The rooms at Palm Tree Suites were spacious, clean, and kept in lovely condition. They felt premium while still being homey. Manager Taimoor was especially attentive and professional, and his friendly help made the stay more comfortable. I had a great welcome from the start and found the hospitality beyond what I expected. I’d recommend Palm Tree Suites in Lahore for either work or a holiday.

The service was frustrating from the start. Getting through to reception was difficult without a proper intercom, and the receptionist couldn’t tell which room was calling. I had to shout my room number over a crackly line. Worst of all, I waited more than 20 minutes for water while standing in the bathroom covered in soap. That says plenty about the service. The food choices were few, and some things on the already small menu weren’t available, so I had to reorder. The sandwich came with just 2 slices. In the room there was no cupboard or fridge, and no mini bar either. The washroom was tiny, with one towel for two people, no hand towel or hair dryer, and visibly dirty walls. I booked because of the large discount, but even at that price the value was questionable. The building seemed decent, but the service felt very cheap. I wouldn’t stay here again. The discount wasn’t worth the hassle.

Breakfast was below average, and the towels were dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor and no shampoo. This doesn’t even feel like a 3-star hotel.

The central Gulberg location made it easy to get around Lahore. Staff were warm and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and had good equipment. I had a great stay at Palm Tree hotel and will come back next time.
