Panorama Guest House

For a one-night stopover in Islamabad, this was a great choice. The place was clean, and the rooms looked just like the pictures, which is rare for guest houses in Islamabad. It’s a little away from busy areas like Jinnah Super and Kohsar, but distances don’t really matter much in Islamabad. I’d definitely like to return.

The location was excellent, and we enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were spacious too, but arranging extra mattresses and bedding was a real hassle, with delays and difficulty getting them. Cleanliness was a letdown: there was hair from previous guests on the bedsheet and duvet cover, and the drawers and cupboards were dusty. That was especially disappointing after choosing Panorama Guest House in G-11 because of its good cleanliness reviews. Check-in also felt cold, with no greeting or smile from the expressionless staff member. It has potential, but cleanliness, hospitality, and guest support need serious work.

During a difficult stretch, their kindness made a real difference. My father spent two months at the guest house while receiving medical treatment in Islamabad, and it was conveniently close to his medical facility. The staff were caring and attentive. When he said he didn't like the breakfast paratha, they found a different kind of flour to suit his taste. Since he was elderly and frail, they also made sure he could sit in the lobby and watch the rain, a small gesture that meant a lot. We had a better experience than expected. Comfortable, affordable, and very convenient, with thoughtful hospitality. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful experience. Great for families and tour operators. The staff were very cooperative, especially the security and service staff. Javed sab is a very humble person.
