Last night’s booking was a terrible experience. I can’t recommend this hotel. I was given a dirty pillow that smelled unpleasant, no room key, and had to fetch my own bottled water. There was hardly any staff around. The room was dirty, the washroom tiny, and the temperature uncomfortably high. When I asked for an AC room, staff demanded an extra 2000 rupees, although their note said the extra charge should be only 500 rupees. They refused to refund me under their no-refund policy even after I pointed out the AC room pricing. The staff were rude and unhelpful. This is a subpar hotel with a room rate of 500 rupees.

When money is tight and you need to spend more time in Islamabad, this place can be good for a minimal expense stay. Mujahid bro is a nice, cooperative man. It’s more like room lodging than a hotel, since it doesn’t have hotel-like facilities. Still, saving money can be a great thing sometimes, lolz.

I’m from Afghanistan and have been staying at Swiss Cottage Hotel for the laste 4 or 5 months. It’s good to say their staff and services are outstanding. The prices Swiss Cotagge offers are quite reasonable compared with other hotels around it and in this area overall. Regards, Nabizada

Worst experience ever. The service was the poorest, and they overcharge for the rooms. I was quoted 5000 for an executive room but got a standard one for 5000. Their manager WAJAHAT was especially rude and used abusive language toward a female customer. Not recommended.
