At Swiss Cottage Hotel, I found the surroundings quiet and well cared for, and the team handled everything I needed promptly. The staff were courteous and professional, which made the stay comfortable. Mr. Muhammad Wajahat, the General Manager, especially stood out for his warm manner and attention to detail. He seemed honest, dedicated, and hardworking. Thanks to the whole Swiss Cottage team for looking after us. I’d recommend the hotel to others.

The rooms at Swiss Lodge were clean and looked after, and the setting was calm and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and ready to help. Things felt organized and professional, and the location worked well for me. I’d happily come back and recommend it.
