Canopy Nexus

Sitting on the balcony with chai and the views was a lovely way to slow down. Nexus Canopy is tucked among the mountains beside the Gilgit River, and the river passing the window and the soft valley wind made the place feel like a real pause from daily life. I'd recommend it for nature, quiet, and a bit of a reset.

The garden is full of flowers, and the river and mountain views make it a lovely spot for tea. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and available around the clock to help us with whatever we needed. Rooms are comfortable and quiet as long as you don't choose one facing the road. Standard rooms have separate beds, and the bathroom is compact with no exhaust fan. Hot water and electricity were available all day, and the inverter AC provides heating and cooling. Just keep in mind there's no chef after 10 pm.

Fresh, tasty food came from the restaurant, and the hotel was very clean. The rooms had hygienic bedding and fresh towels in the washrooms. All the staff were attentive and dealt with requests promptly. My family and I stayed for the past two nights, and I especially want to praise the GM, Mr Maroof, for his courteous manner and professionalism. My heartfelt thanks to everyone for their kindness and excellent service. I'd highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Gilgit.

The meals were really tasty, and the hotel felt pleasant, with well furnished rooms. The view and location are beautiful, and the staff were very cooperative. It's an affordable, safe, and secure place to stay.
