Hotel Crown

I had a wonderful stay, though at check-in I found rat droppings on one of the quilts. Some fumigation and rodent removal might help improve the atmosphere.

The restaurant was a highlight for me. There was a good choice of dishes, breakfast was fresh and filling, and both restaurant and room service were prompt and attentive. Hotel Crown is also close to the city center and easy to reach from major areas. My room was spacious and tidy, with comfortable bedding and working air-conditioning. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with a modern design and a peaceful atmosphere that worked for relaxing or a business stay. Staff gave me a warm welcome and were professional, courteous, and helpful from the start. I found Hotel Crown Hyderabad good value for money. Cleanliness, comfort, and customer service seem to matter here. I’d recommend it to families, business travelers, and tourists, and consider it one of the better places to stay in Hyderabad.

The breakfast was awful, and the noise from outside made it hard to sleep at night. Rooms were dirty, with old, broken furniture. Even their best rooms didn’t feel worth the price. I won’t stay here again.

This was the worst hotel stay of my life, even compared with my tourist stays in Africa. Rain came through the windows and flooded the room, and the ceiling collapsed in another room. The rooms were unclean and service was poor.
