We had a comfortable, smooth stay with our family and kids. The staff were very cooperative, and the place felt safe and peaceful. The location is excellent, and our rooms were clean. Highly recommended.

The location is great for anyone wanting a room near karachi company, and the room and washroom were very good. I stayed for one day, though, and the staff kept asking where and when I could leave the room because another customer had booked it. They started asking at 10am and said I had to leave by 12 pm. That upset me. The staff’s attitude needs fixing, even though the location, room, and washroom are very good.

I stayed here for a wedding at the start of January 2020. The room was cold, as expected in winter, but even doubling the blankets didn’t help much. The water was only warm at best, never hot.

It was just okay. The staff promised hot water, but it wasn’t available, and the heating system wasn’t working properly. The washroom needs more attention.

I called to arrange a booking for my uncle, who was coming from Australia, and spoke with Nazir. He was very polite and kind, and we got everything booked over the phone in just a few minutes. Great service.
