The rooms were clean, comfortable, and good, and breakfast had a decent range and quality. But service let the stay down. We had to ask repeatedly for water bottles, and the extra mattresses took nearly three hours to arrive, which was a real inconvenience. The rooms and breakfast were satisfactory, but the staff’s lack of courtesy and responsiveness affected my experience. Better staff training and faster service would make a difference.
