Executive Grand Royal

Centaurus Mall is only a two-minute walk away, which made shopping, eating out, and exploring easy. We had a comfortable two-night stay at Executive Grand Hotel, and the staff were helpful, cooperative, and well-mannered. Babar Bhai, the owner, was especially attentive and personally made sure things went smoothly. A great experience, and I’d recommend it for the service and location.

The location was the only good thing about this place. The beds were awful and cranky, with terrible spring mattresses, and the walls were covered in mold. The washroom looked ancient. Instead of fixing the leaks, they’d patched the walls with PVC panels. Given the area, I was surprised by the state of the room and washroom. We were exhausted after a nine-hour drive and just needed somewhere to crash, so I didn’t complain. I wish I’d booked an Airbnb. It would’ve been cheaper and better. I’m surprised there are hotels like this in Islamabad’s Sector F8. Update: Since the owner asked for details, you can check the records for 23rd January 2026. My CNIC was scanned, and the room key clearly said B6. I filled in the form with my details, including my phone number, and checked out on Sunday 25th. I booked through Beacon Travels. Babar contacted me on your behalf at 6:34PM on Friday 23th Jan to ask where I was. Hope that helps.

The room service stood out. It was prompt and professional, and the quality was excellent. Every amenity added to a really relaxing stay. Five stars are well deserved, and I’ll definitely come back.

We stayed with family for three nights, and my first visit was a good one. I relied on Google Maps to find the place and wasn’t disappointed. The rooms and washrooms were clean, and there’s a kitchen for cooking yourself, or they can make you delicious food. Major amenities are nearby, and the heating and air conditioning were top-notch. Nazim bhai was an excellent host. Highly recommended.
