Signature Residence

The staff themselves say they're waiting for their salaries before quitting this awful workplace. Even basic mineral water wasn't available. The rooms were untidy and the service was pathetic. By far my most pathetic hotel or guesthouse experience.

The bedding was in awful shape: the sheets were visibly dirty, the mattress was old and stained, and the pillows looked yellow and unhygienic. The bedroom wasn't clean at all, far below what you'd expect from somewhere claiming to offer comfortable accommodation. Cleanliness is the bare minimum, and Signature Residence failed even that. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their standards. I was very disappointed with Signature Residence in F7, Islamabad.

I stayed for three nights. The service was average, and the staff responded to my requests, but the problems seriously marred the stay. On the second day, heavy rain came through the ceiling onto the drawers and floor, soaking my phone charger and food. Later, the power was out for more than 14 hours, and the water supply was cut for five, leaving the bathroom unusable. The poorly maintained bathroom also had leaking pipes and insects on the walls. I won't visit this hotel again, and felt I had to let others know.

The staff were shockingly unprofessional. They often met basic questions with indifference and sometimes outright rudeness, making an already uncomfortable stay worse. Hot water and Wi-Fi, things even basic lodging should provide reliably, either didn't work or were extremely intermittent. For the premium rates they charge, the difference between what they promise and what they deliver is unacceptable. The rooms were in an appalling state from the moment I arrived. The linens looked as if they hadn't been cleaned or changed in ages, and had a persistent, disturbing odor that made the room unbearable. My recent stay at Signature Residence was a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share this publicly to spare others the same disappointment and inconvenience. With so many nearby places offering far better value and guest satisfaction, my advice is to steer clear of Signature Residence if you want a stress-free, pleasant trip.
