Gofas Lodge is in a quiet residential area that still made it easy to get to the main spots around Islamabad. There wasn’t city noise or pollution, so it was a restful place to come back to after a busy day. My room was cool during the summer heat, cozy, and very clean. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and courteous, taking care of what I needed without delay. The few days I spent there were among my most peaceful and comfortable stays in the city. I’d recommend Gofas Lodge for a clean, calm stay with convenient access, whether you’re in Islamabad for work or leisure.

Laundry was fast and accurate, and the WiFi worked well and was speedy. Room service was quick too, with good food arriving on time. The rooms were spacious and nice, and the extra mattresses were surprisingly more comfortable than the bed. The location was great. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so some noise can happen, though it was rare. We were there with kids, and I’m sure they could be heard in the corridors, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The gardens were lovely and relaxing, and shops and restaurants were just around the corner. It felt more like home than a hotel, and the staff were patient with our children. We all felt relaxed, including the kids, in the spacious rooms. I was especially impressed by the clean bathroom and its modern style. We loved our stay and would recommend the location.

The duty manager was professional and always ready to meet customer needs, and the rest of the staff were very helpful too. It’s near commercial areas, with a quiet, lovely outdoor setting for an autumn evening with family. A nice, cozy, peaceful place for a city break, and highly recommended.
