I’ve been staying at Grace Boutique Hotel, F-6/1 Islamabad, for almost 15 months, and it’s been a wonderful experience all along. The hotel is peaceful, secure, and well maintained, with courteous staff who are ready to help. I keep appreciating the cleanliness, attentive service, and positive atmosphere. Mr. Basharat deserves a special mention. He’s humble, warm, supportive, and professional, and his kindness makes the place feel like home. The leadership genuinely cares about guests’ comfort and well-being. Grace Boutique Hotel feels like a caring community in the heart of Islamabad, as well as a place to stay.

Breakfast and the food from the kitchen were a real highlight. Everything was clean and hygienic, and the staff were super nice with great service. Definitely recommend it. They still need to put smart TVs in all the rooms, though.

The service was really good overall, despite one mix-up with my room service order. I had a great stay last week, and F6 markaz is about a 10-minute walk away.

Serene airline arranged this stay after my flight from islamabad to Karachi was cancelled. The night manager and staff were welcoming and very cooperative. I wasn't as satisfied with the staff at 1 pm the next day, and breakfast was taking too long, so I decided to check out and head to the airport. I'm giving five stars for the service from the night shift.

The food could be better, and breakfast is basic. Still, I had a remarkable experience overall. It's in the heart of Islamabad, within walking distance of the F-6 commercial area. Parking, security, room service, and cleanliness were all very good, and the staff were courteous.
