Green Line Motel

The room was just okay, and the AC wasn't working properly. They replaced the broken remote, but the new one had buttons with no labels, so it was hard to use. There was no fridge in the room either. The fridge and chiller in the kitchen were switched off after 6pm, so when we came back after 10pm and asked for cold water, we were told they were off. The kitchen did make food fresh, but it was much too salty and took a long time to prepare.

The area was quiet and peaceful, though being in a residential neighborhood meant there were no shops or restaurants nearby. We had parking, room service, WiFi and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and responsive, and the room, washroom, bedsheets, pillows and towels were clean. It's family friendly too. We forgot to take a photo at check-in, otherwise the bedsheet and pillows had been set properly. We had a nice stay.

I came for an emergency one-night stay and expected to move elsewhere the next day for work. The calm setting and cozy rooms were a pleasant surprise, and I ended up liking the place. Staff were nice, and the parking felt safe with good security. The bathrooms could use a better clean. Green Line Motel is a peaceful, budget-friendly option in Islamabad.

The room itself was fine, but the service was really poor. The workers were rude and stubborn. As soon as we entered, one told us, "Dont break anything, otherwise u have to pay the fine". We were guests, and that was a terrible way to be treated. My stay was just "ok" and I personally didn't like the hotel. I hope I never have to stay there again, and I'd advise you the same.
