The cooperative staff were appreciated, and cleanliness was satisfactory, around 7/10. The facilities felt average for the price, and the food quality fell short of expectations. WiFi is available, but I had trouble connecting on mobile devices.

The charges were high, but the facilities didn’t work properly. My room at Hotel 11 wasn’t clean, the bathroom smelled bad, and the staff came across as unprofessional. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Check the room before paying. They charge a lot, but the quality is low. The bathroom stinks, there’s no proper soap, and the pillows were dirty. There were mosquitoes too. They don’t give refunds and even charge for water. It was like a nightmare.

If you’re going to ibcc, this hotel is a good choice because it’s a two-minute walk away. It seems worth it so far, though there are areas that could use improvement.

The place is dirty, and the extreme noise makes it feel like you’re staying in a car workshop.
