2/10
The breakfast was below average, with few options and food that didn't taste fresh. I also had trouble getting help: room service took over 40 minutes to respond when I called about the air conditioning, which wasn't working. The room was dusty and hadn't been cleaned properly, and its old furniture looked poorly repaired. In the washroom, I found mold and grime in several places. This level of cleanliness and maintenance fell far short of what I expected from the Crown Plaza, given its 3-star rating and international reputation. My stay was disappointing, and I can't recommend this hotel. I'd look elsewhere for a more reliable experience.

The location made getting around very convenient, though finding parking was a little difficult. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented, with a good mix of hot and cold choices for the price. I had a wonderful one-night stay. Check-in took under five minutes, and the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. My room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The bed and quality linens made for a great night's sleep. I'd happily stay again and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

6/10
Staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities are fairly basic, and it's not a luxury hotel, but it offers good value for money. The location is convenient for getting to nearby areas in Islamabad. A decent option for a short visit or a business trip.

10/10
I especially valued the high level of security, which gave me peace of mind. Breakfast had a delicious, varied spread each morning, and after long days of meetings the rooms were a comfortable, quiet place to rest. I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Islamabad on a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout. It's a reliable, professional hotel, and I'd recommend it to business travelers and families on vacation.

The rooms are spacious, but the service is poor. I had to waste time getting problems fixed, whether it was the smelly fridge, the drain, or the key card. A pathetic experience for such a high price.
