I came from Karachi with my family and stayed at Hotel RedLine for four days. The room was comfortable, clean, neat, and well maintained, and I had no issues during our stay. The owner and the rest of the staff were very cooperative. We had a good experience, and I recommend Hotel RedLine for its environment and location. Thank you.

The room was clean, the furniture was nice, and the price is very, very cheap. Everyone at the front desk, the bellboys, security, and the owner were accommodating, and I really appreciated them. But as an American traveller, I found the power going out several times a day completely unacceptable. There was no TV, and I had to charge my phone in the lobby. The Wi-Fi was strong when it worked, but it didn't work consistently. Hot water for showers wasn't available until after 7 pm. If they can sort out the Wi-Fi and power, I'd give this hotel 10 stars.

I checked into Redline Hotel at 11:00 PM on 5 February for one night, and the stay was extremely unpleasant. Staff made loud noise in the lobby around 3:00 AM and again at 7:30 AM, with no regard for guests. Reception denied there was any noise when I called. I went to the desk and asked for the manager, but was told they weren't available. The staff were dismissive and unprofessional, refused to take responsibility, and insisted the customer was wrong. The hotel didn't provide basic quiet or comfort. I don't recommend it.

I’ve stayed here twice recently, and both visits were great. The evening receptionist was very nice, check-in went smoothly, and we got the keys before settling the room price. Staff were friendly and helped us move things in and out. A guard watched our cars parked outside. Great place and people, would definitely recommend. ☺️
