The room and washroom weren't clean and seemed poorly maintained. Service was pathetic, with charges for everything, even getting luggage carried to the room. A very disappointing stay and not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it.

We spent 4 days here and had freezing cold water from every tap, every time. Whenever we asked whether the heater worked, they said it would at 3am. I got up at 3am to check, and it still didn't work. I ordered biryani for dinner and egg with paratha for breakfast. Cockroaches showed up in the metal tray for free, and there were roaches in the room too. I wouldn't recommend it for a longer family stay, especially if you want a warm shower.

The rooms were neat and clean, and both the rent and location were fine. The TV and other electronics were out of maintenance, though. Heavy vehicles passing on the flyover in front of the hotel made far too much noise.

The staff were very cooperative, and room service was good. I had a great experience during my 2 days there.

A good fit for families, working ladies, and professionals. The rooms are nice and clean, the rates are highly affordable, and the staff are cooperative. The location is best. Highly recommended.
