My wife and I stayed here for almost two weeks and had a wonderful time. Breakfast was complimentary, the price was affordable, and the staff were friendly. The owner and management dealt with any concerns quickly. Restaurants and stores are also within walking distance. Highly recommended.

During my 4 day 3 night stay, I didn’t see any women there. House staff, who were all male, were often gathered in the TV lounge right in front of the room we’d been given, which made the place feel scary for families. Staff behavior was threatening, too. The toiletries were fake brand items, and only soap was provided. Pillows, towels, and bedsheets were old and dirty, and there was no housekeeping or cleaning during the whole stay. They charged us tax but never gave a tax slip, even after I asked many times. Make sure you get a payment receipt, or they may make a fake claim. Unhygienic and not recommended for families. A fraudulent guest house.

IVY Guesthouse has a wonderful family environment, and I was pretty happy during my stay. The staff and management are very professional and everything was managed well. I’d like to thank and appreciate them again, and hope things go well in the future.
