Safari Club 4

A decent spot for a night or two. The club is in need of urgent renovation.

The room was clean, and we had a very pleasant stay in this quiet, central area. The staff and other people there were friendly and very helpful, and I’d happily stay again. Housekeeping between stays wasn’t very thorough, so don’t expect the standards of a European four-star hotel. Breakfast is very simple, too. Still, it was totally worth staying here, and I recommend it. ❤️

Check the room before agreeing to stay. The area is quiet and conveniently near many places, but the property is missing basic comforts. Towels, toilets, showers, and sofa covers all seemed 15-20 years old, and even the iron stand had a broken leg. They also billed me for a peach malt I hadn’t drunk. I was in a hurry, and the staff didn’t have 300 PKR to give back as change, so I left the amount and signed off. For a hotel with such a big name, management seemed either unaware of the problems or unavailable. Breakfast came only because I’d prepaid, and even then it was just one paratha, a cup of tea, and an omelette. Mineral water wasn’t complimentary either.

We stayed in room 215 at Safari Club 4 on July 29-30, and came away extremely disappointed. The windows were broken, which made us feel unsafe throughout the stay. Water from the bathroom also flooded into the room, adding discomfort and stress. At checkout, we were supposed to get Rs. 1,800.00 back, but instead we were charged another Rs. 1,800.00. That was unacceptable. We wouldn’t recommend Safari Club 4 in its current condition, and hope management takes this feedback seriously and fixes these problems for future guests.
