Centaurus Mall is close by, which made shopping and dining really convenient. The guesthouse is in a quiet area but also near main attractions, shops, and restaurants. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the friendly staff were courteous and ready to help. The service felt professional, and the warm atmosphere made the stay more enjoyable. I felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment I arrived. Everything went smoothly, and I'd happily stay at Landmark Guesthouse again.

The staff could use some training in how they interact with guests, so people feel more comfortable. Warm water was also delayed at times because of gas shortages and the gas geysers. Instant water heaters would help. Still, it's a good place to stay.
