The location is perfect for getting around Islamabad, and the staff were cooperative. I stayed for 3 Nights in a cozy room with a fresh look and new design. Will visit again.

Markets are only about 5-10 min away. I stayed at Bella Hotel for 3 Nights, and the staff were very cooperative. The rooms had a fresh, new look. They weren’t the same rooms shown on the website, but I liked the new look better. Will visit Again.

The bedsheets were stained when I checked in, and there was food left in the fridge by the previous guest. For three weeks, the staff and management repeatedly made my colleagues and me uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t served at the time we requested, every day, because they said their policy didn’t allow serving food when guests needed it. Whenever we made even a basic request, the manager and staff would bully us, saying k hum shorr macha rahe hain and that “clearly you have never stayed at a hotel before so we wouldnt know how to behave in a hotel”. If I asked for room service or cleaning, nobody came unless I went downstairs to where the staff were sitting and asked them in person. When we sat in the dining area, staff would say we were causing problems by asking for breakfast early. At checkout, they had recorded our food bill incorrectly and charged us for food we didn’t eat. Terrible service and management!

I’ve cancelled my booking and lodged a complaint with Hotels.com. I hadn’t even started my stay, but this was one of my worst booking experiences. I booked through Hotels.com, then wrote to the hotel several days later to confirm an airport transfer or get the cost, and to ask about transport to other destinations and tours. I tried three times over several days and got no response at all. They don’t seem to understand basic professionalism, management, leadership, or hospitality, especially for a business in that industry. Be aware.
